Stocks that have been taken off the NYSE and Nasdaq?

Is there a special broker you go to and if so who?
    Can you do it online?
What are someo of the differences if you do trade these type of stocks.
ie... extra fees? special memberships? extra tax forms to fill out?

Was checking out Tradeking.com which has the lowest online trades anywhere. (Buy/Sell)

OTC, pink sheet stock,etc.. can be traded via a regular online broker such as Ameritrade, Izone, or Etrade. Almost any broker will let you trade them at the same commission charge.

What is the commission rate at TradeKing?

Why would you want to do this? Aren't most of those just scammers running sucker plays?

OCP is off the hook. They are gonna launch their IPO soon, and it will be rise to great heights. OCP will become paper billionaires overnight. !! Haha, Lil Curry got the Benjamins.

Alot of big foreign companies sell ADR's OTC.

Examples include Russian gas giants Lukoil and Sibneft, British defense and aerospace firm BAE, as well as some well known consumer names like Nestle, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Nintendo, Heineken.

But yah, there are a lot of scammers. Many companies drop to OTC or the Pink Sheets when they either don't want to file 10k financial statements, or they don't want anybody auditing their deceptive 10k's.

In any case, be careful buying. The share turnover is low, so big orders can be slow to fill or be filled above the listed price. Even if your broker allows OTC market orders, make sure you do it as a limit order.
