    Layup drill...

At least our guys are still fighting to the end, even knowing the outcome...

One bright spot (and yes, there's one, as fascinating as that might sound) has been ::Drum rolls::

    The Ressurrection of J Hoe

EDIT: I just saw all the injured guys doing a commercial together. They're FAKING their injuries!

The really sad part is, I'll consider it saving face if they escape with only a 25-point asswhuppin'.

It is disgusting to watch other teams role players consistently hit open shots, but, wait, most professional basketball players should be able to hit WIDE OPEN SHOTS, shots that are so wide open you can take time to straigten your hair, tie your shoes, have a coke. Folks the Rockets are CONSISTENTLY missing HORSE shots. They can't make lay-ups. They are getting shots from everywhere on the court, but simply can't make them. NBA players should be able to hit wide open or point blank shots at least at a 40-50% clip. The most pathetic shooting displays I have seen at any level over the last several years have been put on by the Houston Rockets. Can they draft or trade for a SHOOTER, ever?

I don't care how many players are injured, if you are making millions of dollars to play a game you should be able to make wide open uncontested shots period. TMac with two or three players hanging on him is another story, but he really doesn't look like his head is into the game and that surprises me.

How about putting your energy somewhere else, for example, making sure you're shot falls?

They are basketball players for at least this reason: They have to have some sort of shot

This is starting to get ridiculous. I've never been so frustrated with a Rockets game

I have a little concern too. He's not doing anything to make us better tonight. I don't see any hustle. It looks like he accepted the loss before halftime. That's not Jordanesque or Magic like.

Of course the TV guys are going on about how there's no quit in him. And I can see he's still out there with 7 minutes left in the game and we are trying to hit 70 again. So, I do appreciate that, but I don't see any spark or drive. Maybe it's Denver, maybe it's all the bench players he's playing, maybe he's actually injured and can't do a whole lot more.

Just a thought, but what is the deal with Tmac the past couple of games? I mean I understand he has been double and triple teamed but still, why is he not even trying to assert himself?

It seems like he is disinterested about there because of all the injuries on the rockets. Am I the only one that sees it this way?

As long as they can win a few games here and there in the next several weeks, I don't mind losing to other teams by 30-40 points.

A win is a win and a loss, even by 1 point, is a single loss.

Maybe it's because they double-team him all night long.

The Opposing teams know besides tracy, we dont have another other reliable game winner, hence they triple team him.

Hate to break it to you, but those are not NBA level players, they're NBDL rentals (Graham, Bowen, Moochie, Baxter). Ever hear of "basketball Siberia"? Well, Baxter was literally playing in Siberia.

DW and Head are half-decent role players but not pure shooters and have their nights.

To compound problems, we were never accused of being a good outside shooting team to begin with, even when fully healthy.

Atleast Graham seems to be a keeper.
