I was hoping someone could help me think of a gift to buy a 50 year old lady at work. It has to be under $15. I'm having a hard time with this. Any (serious) ideas would be appreciated.
I actually bought a lady here Rockets tickets for her, her husband, and daughter, of course it came out to $27, so that may be a little too much. Some other gifts that were given: Candle Picture Frame Sweater Maybe one of those bath sets from Walmart/Target? A 2006 calendar may be good? Pugs
Well, what do you know about this lady? I mean, maybe if she likes gardening, you could get her a plant... If she likes painting, then get her some brushes or a pallette or some canvas or something. Does she usually keep her nails manicured? You could get her a manicure set, or some nail polish... Or something dog or cat related if you could find that out. Candles are always nice, but there's always the chance that they don't like the scent you get them. I'd go with this if you really run out of ideas.
I think not actually knowing anything about this lady is my biggest problem. I actually dont think I no much about any 50 year old women.
Well you can't go wrong with a pretty Christmas ornament then. It's pretty, it's thoughtful, she can use it forever, and it's not too personal or impersonal.
I appreciate everyones help but i just got an inside scoop that she wants this perfume called Cachet. Anyone ever heard of it? I found it online for about 17 bucks. Im thinking about checking Wal-Mart.
Seems like a lot of trouble for someone you don't really know much about. It's the thought that counts though. Pugs
I got my co-workers a really nice curved glass and metal picture frame from Target. (Pronounced Tar-Shay) 8 bux. If she has a desk this is a no brainer. EDIT: Wait Found this at Amazon. This is perfect for a 50 year old lady you barely know. I win. Threads Done. Lock it up!
