important note: any previous torrents may be having trouble connecting to the tracker, this is a domain resolution issue, the tracker is up but not at the url that the torrents point to. If you know how to change the tracker for the torrent files in your torrent program, you can change it to the same domain as the links on these torrents and it will work. Otherwise, you will have to wait to complete the other downloads(not these two links, the tracker address is working on these) until after the dns change propagates through to enough dns servers. Can i get some help. Do u use windows, realplayer, or quiktime cause I think its windows but i keep getting this message Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

May I suggest you link to the thread...and tell us where it is. If it's titled "xmas gift" I'd imagine many of us skipped it or didn't see it (And you sound like you are judging even though you started the sentence with "i am not one to judge" )

This is my first time trying this torrent stuff. I just downloaded the highlights and wanted to know if I need to do something to get it to start seeding or does it do it automatically when it finishes downloading? I using utorrent. Thanks R2K and thanks to whoever answers my question. Edit: How do I know when I've seeded enough?
blatz most people feel a 1:1 ratio (seed as much as you've dl'ed) is the appropriate ratio. i personally go 3:1 that way i know ppl dling get theirs asap. as for the thread sorry i forgot to make a link
When I left my machine last night, it was at 7:1. I went to bed and left it seeding all night after that.

I'm only at 1.3 and my up speed is 0. Does it only upload when someone is downloading it? ....or did I do something wrong?
