Langham Creek or Cypress Creek YMCA

I will be in the 290 area next week and was thinking about working out at one of the Y's.

Does anyone know anything about the Langham Creek or Cypress Creek Y's? Facilities? Security?

I used to go to the Cypress Creek YMCA.

Pretty nice facilities.

They have everything for young men to enjoy and you can hang out with all the boys.

Got to agree with everyone else, the CC Y is pretty nice. I use to go there for quite a few years, but the cost was just too high for a single membership compared to 24hr fitness.
