Wouldn't this be a good way to ensure that it is used for power and not weaponry? Wouldn't this be a step that the U.S. can take that might prevent military conflict, or at least give us a better chance of getting the intel correct this time? It seems proactive and something we can do to prevent a potentially huge problem.
Just because they allow us to build the plant, that doesn't mean they'll allow our government to perform inspections throughout the country.
