What do yall think about female teen bodybuilders?..

    I feel they should use their muscles and energy for more conventional things...like pleasing a man. And also, why would a women want to turn those beautiful delicate pillows into little rugged, rock hard hills? Now that should be a crime, dammit!

    Don't worry, guys, those delicate pillows aren't going to turn into rock-hard hills no matter what. They don't contain any muscle tissue. (yes, what you guys love so much is FAT! [​IMG] and a few glands)

    I would think any kind of physical fitness training would improve stamina in bed. [​IMG] Ordinary weight training won't make a female bulk up... now, "bodybuilding" on purpose is a different story, but I suspect most women who have muscles similar to male bodybuilders have had chemical help.

    15 turning 16 next month. She is average(typical looking), definitely not "Butch" looking, but already has impressive biceps...crazy girl.

    I'd suggest that she stick with a more serious fitness level of training at this point(because of her age) before making the decision to go full force into bodybuilding. She is still growing and having a strict bodybuilding regimen could hamper her growth. IMO she should concentrate on eating right and just have a good workout program for now. If in another year or two she is still interested in bodybuilding...go for it.

    If that is what she want's to do, more power to her. It's a tough lifestyle to lead with all of the training and strict dieting. BTW, how old is your cousin?
