I fail to see your frustration. You get extra time to study for Exam #1, plus you have no school. Snow Day!

It's supposd to ice this afternoon. Have you ever been in Austin when it's icy? You don't want to be on the roads. Not because of the ice, but because of the other drivers (actually, on a more serious note, naturally slick roads in Austin + ice is just a recipe for disaster). I have no idea why, but the roads in Austin are slicker than your average roads during rain.

Wow I misspelled a word...thanks for your input. Really hate how people on this board go out of their way to put people down.

And I cant believe im mad about not having a test either but I should be allowed to take it if I am prepared, understand it will ice later but not at 2 or even 3 or 4......makes a huge inconvienence to people

Disclaimer: If I mispelled a word I dont care

I think it was '97 (or maybe it happened two years in a row). Luckily, we had a guy from Iowa who we hung out with who had no problems driving in that kind of weather, making it easy to get out and get the necessary supplies. :) I remember drinking an entire bottle of Jager because I decided I was going to take a shot at every funny part of Kingpin. I woke up the next morning leaning up against the bunk beds in the dorm room with my hands behind my head and my feet propped up on the desk with nary a hangover.

He also misspelled the word "misspelled", but we'll forgive him, since he's under so much stress :D

you missed a couple of periods at the end of each sentence and your first sentence is a run-on.

Wow you guys are really cool. I really wonder what type of person goes out of their way to put down others via the internet? My bet is the jack-asses who think they rule this board ( not the mods ) are the biggest geeks ever and is just mad at the world because noone likes them in real life. What has happened to make everyone such a smart ass in this world?

I like the idiots in big trucks with 2WD that slide all the way down the steep hill by my apartment. They always end up crashed into something at the bottom since they can't brake.

i do it b/c i'm behind a computer. this way, no one can confront me. it makes me feel macho w/o having to look you in the eye. it really gives me a superiority complex.

    1. The word "jack-asses" has no hyphen; it is just "jackasses".
    2. Subject-verb agreement with "is" right before "mad at the world" should be "are" instead
    3. "Noone" is not a word; believe you were meaning to say "no one".
    4. "Smart ass" is generally considered to be one word - "smartass" but I guess you could be referring to someone's posterior being very brainy. I really don't know what goes on inside your head, jmftexas.

Let's just hope your test wasn't in English. :p :D
