The Rockets have played so bad, that I think there could be a superstitious reason on why they stink. "NO NOT THE ROCKETS GAME!!!"
I agree. I thought all of them down the line would be J. Howard, J. Howard, or J. Howard. Very disappointing...
i would have put the curse of MICHIGAN, but we traded Mo Taylor away. I couldnt think of anything for Stromile.
tinman is the best poster on this site. the pic and the caption, hilarious. mike james, back then didn't want me, now I'm hot, all on me. how appropriate is that?
I also thought of a couple others that just didnt make it. the attack of the clones: Derrick Anderson=Shannon Anderson the curse of Steve Francis: ghost of Steve purposely causes our guards to turn the ball over the curse of Dom Capers: offense is too conservative, needs to open the game the curse of Brad Lidge: can't close out the game the curse of Adidas: really stupid Tmac commercials causing the whole team to suck
thanks pga! im trying to lighten up this board. people are acting like this is the end of the world cause the Rockets are having a bad start.
I think the curse started at game 3 of the playoffs last year at Dallas. As soon as McGrady made the whole team wear black shoes as a show of solidarity, things got real bad, real quick.
i believe it. we never won with those crappy pajama uniforms that barkley hated. if the team has to wear ugly tmac adidas shoes, then that could cause the problems.
THe curse? I brought League pass. During my time at UT, the only year I bought football season pass is... Yep. The year UT got beat by UCLA 66-3.
The Curse of Old Age The Curse of Old Knicks The Curse of Old Knick coaches The Curse of Bruce Lee on Ming (reverse aggression)
Yes, me too. I finally splurged and got it and then...look at this. And the worst thing about it is when the Rockets suck it makes me lose my taste for all of the NBA. Games on 6 channels at a time and I don't want to watch any of them! Ugh! Glad my $200 was well spent However, I also propose an alternate theory : The Curse of the Astros After the Astros broke their jinx in such a big way, it seems obvious there is no good luck to spare for Houston sports teams. Although I'm more of a Rockets fan, I guess its a fair trade off (as long as its only this season).
