Nice to see you defending CC.net! I just found this BBS. Apparently, PineComb is posting here as BrieflySpeaking. Check this out, for those of you who haven't yet seen it: http://www.bskball.com/ubb/Forum6/HTML/000192.html I got a kick out of it! ------------------
from the OlajuWons II: I think I like this site better, while we are all rockets fans, pretty much over at CLutchcity.net, you have to be involved in their little clique, and also they spend too much of their time acting stupid and flaming everybody's post who doesnt fit their mold. They also spend more time and space on their signature then on the actual post, its a yuppy haven for sure, hopefully here we can get down to Rockets basketball I wonder if he was attempting a pun? I can't be a yuppie yet... I'm not finished with school . Holy crap! Someone actually thinks that particular board is better than cc.net? Cc.net has been featured in SI and on NBA.com and is widely reputed throughout the net as being perhaps the best fansite available. Man... talk about delusional. Of course, maybe I'm just being cliqueish . ------------------ Clutchcity.net... source for all your Rockets, Astros, political, music, humor, and Gordita news. Does anyone else get headaches from reading bright red stuff? Damn that's annoying. Go get 'em BGM! ------------------ First the Sopranos and now Eddie Griffin... thank you New Jersey!
I feel like a freaking nerd when I read that crap, especially with all of those smilies... ------------------ This post contains no smilies, you must judge my seriousness on your own... 361 days until the Band Geek Mobster is unleashed once again...unless I have more posts with this name of course...
Or, perhaps, a yuppie ------------------ "For there is nothing either good or bad, thinking makes it so." - William Shakespeare (1564-1616), Hamlet [This message has been edited by BobFinn* (edited July 09, 2001).]
Go on with your bad self, BGM. Fight the good fight....or something like that! ------------------ RIP HOOP-T
You guys should stop calling me a yuppie, or else my daddies going to hear about this. ------------------ Ceo of the Walt Williams and Lisa Malosky fan club. atheistalliance.org

Brian, how far did that lawsuit go? I know I was named, and I was really shaking in my boots. Also, did you get the retraction containing the Doc Rocket riddle? ------------------ It looks like a veteran can Be had.

You file a lawsuit against me and I'll have you tied up in court so long, you won't know your gateway from your FTP port, pal!!! ... now pardon me whilst I dip into my Grey Poupon ------------------ "Yes, it's true. Kelvin Cato DOES have plenty of heart. I think the downside of Hakeem's six weeks absence is the upside of Kelvin Cato's emergence as a power in the NBA." jscmedia - 12/2/99 7:13pm : the off-season is truly a great time to reflect.
I would like to reply, really I would, but I'm afraid that on this topic, I am subject to a gag order. Or was that a gag reflex?
