Does anybody have a few tickets they'd like to sell? Reasonable price, at least 2, seated together. Thanks.
From what my girlfriend told me, there aren't any seats available together, and it may very well be sold out, I don't know. They are actually having 2 performances here this year, instead of the normal single, and both are nearly sold out. I went once last year, very cool.
Yea I noticed that they have a 230pm and 730pm showing on the 18th at the Toyota Center.... I may get tixs for my parents to go.
Check out this Christmas light and music show.....featuring the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. http://members.cox.net/transam57/lights.wmv
Imagine, if you will, Whitesnake meets John Tesh.....now add a little "Carol of the Bells" and you've got it!
This really is a neat show. It is a Rock type Christian show with lots of lasers and lights. Great show to get you in the Holiday spirit too. They were in Memphis about 2 weeks ago and it was the first time I had heard of them. I think they sold about 3,000 tickets, but this was the first time the show had been in the area. It is crazy to hear they are selling out your show. I have heard that in most markets that the attendance raises each year as more people become aware of how great the show is. If you get a chance you should go see it at least once.
dude...did you know that group was originally formed by members of Savatage? I think their drummer is actually still one of the drummers for TSO and the lead singer Jon Oliva is one of the main songwriters and producer iirc. a excellent meshing of hard rock/metal and orchestral Christmas music forget the Tesh reference....Tesh dreams that he can be as good as these guys are.
Hehehe....I knew I heard tha song somewhere before. That christmas lights show on that house. Sounds interesting. I was wondering who that twas in that musical christmas lights housse video. Thanks for sharing. Going to look up more on this band.
Oh, OK. Um...who is Savatage? Seriously, I can't really judge them because I just looked at their website and didn't listen to any of their music. I'm sure they are all phenomenal musicians, otherwise they wouldn't be there. I'm just sayin' their pictures look really cheesy.
There are really two TSO's, each tour at the same time to different cities or so I've been told by a friend who is a huge fan
