As long as they fire Casserley they can keep or fire Capers

out of 30 draft picks they have 9 starters on both sides of the ball
only 5 are decent- D. Robinson, A. Johnson, D. Davis, C. Pitts, D. Orr
only 2 are impact players- D. Robinson, A. Johnson

out of all their free agents none are impact players

If you had to draft to upgrade you would need to upgrade 11 positions.
Defense-
Both safeties, one cornerback, there is no impact edge rusher, their run defense is last in the league
Offense-
One end, min. 3 offensive line men

Forget about all the mistakes- Buchanan for 3 first day picks, Babin for 2 first day picks, and all the below average choices- Tony Hollings (second) Seth Wand etc

This team is in its 4th yr. we have expansion year talent.

No doubt I thought we would win 6-8 games this season until
we lost Sharpier passed on Derrick Johnson and drafted no one for the offensive line and safety and cornerback positions.

Lombardi, Landry and Shula combined couldn't coach this talent to the playoffs
