I honestly want Tmac rest one more game. Seriously, I don't see the big difference between the worst team in the league and the 2nd worst team in the league. Rockets have been adjusting and making progress in the last few games. Yao is one foul away from finally get "it". If tmac comes back now, I worry that the team will over-depend on him, which is not good in the long run.

I care more about how they play this game. The result is not as important for this game.

The bottom is within sight, that is scary. If we lose, very bad. If we get blown out, melt down. Even if TMac returns, it is going to take him several games to get into shape. This one worries me, because of the "psychology" of it.

A dominating TMac performance is the only thing that pulls us through this game, yet we still have battle till the final seconds. Rockets win 98-96.

Rockets 110 over Hawks 109 in a double OT thriller.

Yes. We will win no matter Tmac is back or not. But if he is back, how can you just say 3-game streak? Aren't we tired of losing for ever? Let's win all the game before 2006 since they are all just so so :D

I read somewhere that they call the game for the home team after 3 OT.

Logically, it sounds like our best bet is to force this issue should OT arise.

Of course we do. The real question is whether you realize that our starting 5 included Mo Taylor (2 pts), Jim Jackson and Charlie Ward (2 pts / 1 assist) and that the first player off of our bench was Ty Lue (2 pts).

What is harder to remember is that the game was on the road and we went 3-21 from the arc where our best shooter was Jackson (2-7) who had as many FGA's as Yao.

We can beat the Hawks w/o McGrady.

its 8:25 am and this thread already has 2 pages.... everybody is really excited :D but here's something that will really pump you up..

With Tracy McGrady possibly able to come back, the Houston Rockets may finally be ready to win again.
McGrady could return to the lineup as the Rockets try to halt a seven-game losing streak when they host the Atlanta Hawks.

The All-Star swingman missed his fifth straight game Saturday and eighth this season due to a strained back in a 94-89 loss to the Chicago Bulls.

McGrady told the Houston Chronicle he hopes to return for this contest. While they're 3-3 with McGrady in the lineup, the Rockets have lost all eight games without him.
