I need to have a secure Bulletin Board System. My questions,

1) Does this BBS have security? How good is it? If it sucks, where can I find a BBS that has extremely tight security? Or what questions should I be asking when looking for a secure BBS?

2) How much does it cost you each year?

3) Do you have any recommendations for other Bulletin Boards?
