I would have agreed with you not too long ago, always dating guys who were what I considered my physical equal; but, I think I have found the value of a relationship with someone with whom I feel an affinity for his personality and character. When you lay that foundation first, that person becomes more and more physically appealing to you. My fiance and I met in a sort of unorthodox way and had alot of time to get to know each other long distance before I moved here to Texas. I really have to agree with this sentiment. I find that I'm more physically attracted to women with whom I can connect with on a mental and emotional level. Beautiful women only get uglier as they age, while average women tend to get more beautiful.
