Not knowing the reasons why you guys are breaking up, I'm not sure I can advise against make up sex or not. If she's leaving to go take care of her mom or has some family or business or educational issue, that would be hard IMO to close the door. If there's a real reason for you guys to break up, hmmm... I'm not sure I can advise against make up sex or not.

j/k. Go out! Have fun! As long as you don't live in Oklahoma City you should be able to find somebody to hang out with (btw, where are all of the people in Oklahoma City).

Do all the things you wanted to do when you were together, but couldn't, for one reason or another. Were you "allowed" to go out with the boys? Could you play ball or go mountain biking when you wanted? Could you go to strip bars (just a for instance)?

There is no one good way to deal with it, everybody is different.

But whatever you do, don't deny yourself the time and emotional outlets you need. Don't be embarrassed to cry and let it out, and don't ever degrade yourself.

Keep your head up, it gets easier every day that passes.
