without TMAC, we don't have a closer right now. YAO can not close the game because

He carry the team for 36 mins, exhausted, no energy and can not get good position. He doesn't have chance to face the busket (I don't know why, JVG doesn't let him to do that?). Right now Without TMAC, everybody knows who will have the ball in the last 4 mins, but A out-of-gas YAO doesn't have the ability to do that. Or say he deesn't have superstar ability yet.

But our situ is: YAO has to be on the court to keep the team in the game. So far, every time when YAO sit on the bench, our team play like 5 headless flies.

So my point here is: find a balanced attack in last 4-5 mins, let YAO be a brain and more passing, be more patient. Don't post-up everytime and seek the team more. Also DW and Barry need bring more energy, run, run ,run, find the position and get free space. DON'T JUST STAND THERE AND WATCH YAO lose the ball, throw a air-ball or get a offensive foul.

Come on Jeff, YAO doesn't have the ability to play 40 mins and close the game, and it's very very clear.

I must've missed where Yao's been carrying the team for 36 minutes... what games are you watching? :D They usually try to go to Yao in the first half because by the 2nd half he's either in foul trouble or fatigued towards the 4th qtr. I think his stamina's improved this year, but he can't show that as much because the refs put him on the bench.

Those last 2 games were back to back, and Yao didn't look fatigued to me.

The refs are a different story.
I think that IF Yao is getting into foul trouble, he should take more outside jumpers if he's hitting. Those offensive fouls need to stop.

I believe this team is the most balance when it comes to offense:

Yao takes care of the first half,
    TMAC in the second.
