True. I'd give him more than 1/10th of the season to prove himself - which means 1 more game. He's been playing like Moochie II so far and definitely doesn't deserve to start right now.

XMas is not a shorter name for Christmas. It's a complete different word created so it wouldn't offend non Christians.

    What I want for Christmas....

    • For JVG to start Luther Head and Stromile Swift.
    • Any one of Wesely, Anderson, or Alston to knock down a damn outside shot!
    • For Yao to stop reaching and hacking at guards, moving under guys he's guarding when there shooting fadeaways, and stop picking up those terrible fouls that he can easily avoid. Part of it's on the refs, but a lot of it is on him as well.
    • T-Mac's knees and back to be completly healthy
    • For this terrible stretch to be over. Were 3-5 with still having to play the Pistons at home and the Pacers and Mavericks on the road! I can't believe Stern gave us a back to back with the two NBA Final teams. We could easily start off 3-8. Wake me up when December gets here!

Incorrect. "Xmas" comes from Greek, derived from the Greek word for Christ, "Xristos."

To keep things on topic, "... for Mister Van Gundy to spend less than 5% of the year where he 'cannot breathe'."
