Where is the Tmac/Yao pick'n roll? One of out 2 most effective plays. I haven't seen it this year.

Man even T-Mac looks sluggish, something is wrong with this team.

If we don't look better soon, there are gonna be some wholesale trades.

That candyman got more respect from that stupid, r****ded young ref than Yao.

2nd and 3rd fouls on Yao were completely BS calles.

it didn't happen last year and the negative threads were rampant lol

so I doubt anyone's gonna get traded

maybe something like a 2-12 start would probably guarentee a trade.

    effort = 0

I can't count how many rebounds were missed, just because someone came in and tipped the ball away.

Excuse me, I didn't see the first two foul, but the 3rd foul was legit. I don't know since when reaching in is not a foul.

Yao is not a very smart player and his reaction is slow.

All Yao need is having the ball in his hands. He'll give you 3 quarters solid play and Tmac can take over the 4th.

Tmac is playing one of the worst games i have ever seen from him. I've never seen him commit so many dumb turnovers. Alston has looked absolutely horrible, and he airballed a 12 foot jumpshot. Yao gets charged 3 fouls for every real one he commits. Candyman throws him to the side on every rebound attempt. DA has been decent. Juwan mediocre. Our rebounding is very bad. We've got guys knocking uncontested rebounds out of bounds and we let them rebound a missed free throw for like the 5th straight game.

The real bright spot is definately Swift. He looks confident offensively and much better defensively. It's just a matter of time before he earns the starting spot.

Overall, we've played terribly, but we can still win this one if a couple guys step up. Where is Luther i wonder?

I recall we traded for Barry/Wesley/James....because our offense was too sluggish.

Don't forget the turnover by Yao when he tried to find a wide open Swift and missed him by about 20 feet. It's bad enough that our guards(Luther Head excepted) can't shoot worth a damn, but when your so-called superstars close the quarter with 4 TOs between them, you've got problems.

The Rockets need this game. They've got the Spurs, Pistons, Pacers, and Mavs upcoming. They could be looking at a 2-9 start(and the return of the "Fire Gundy" chants) if they're not careful.

I don't blame JVG for starting Howard. Howard is basicly useless after 1st quarter.

I'd say of Yao's 3 fouls, he can't blame ref on the 1st, Yao was 100% fresh. A sign of laziness on his defense. The 2nd one was lame - absolutely no respect from the ref. The 3rd was questionable, could go either way.

Yao's got a long way to learn. I hope he spends lot of time studying the film to understand why he commits silly fouls.
