Rush hour traffic drives me up a freaking wall. Most of the time I just curse the whole time until I get to my destination. I see all the bad driving, the clogging of the fast lane(which, by the way, the fast lane rule doesn't appear to apply in work traffic for some reason), and all the cell phone idiots talking on their cell phones while trying to drive. To this day, I still do not understand why some people prefer to be tail-gated rather than move out of the fast lane to let faster traffic pass. Some people are perfectly content with 20 cars stacked up behind them while they go under the speed limit in the fast lane. Funny thing happened the other day...some idiot was on his cellphone and actually stopped on a freeway where two lanes merge with two other lanes to form four lanes. He was trying to get over one lane and he had like 2 miles to get over for his exit but, as with all idiot drivers, he had to get over immediately once the lanes merged regardless causing a traffic jam. I usually just stay left and go all the way and then get over where traffic is sparse because it's backed up back at the point of the merge but I was two cars behind this person that day. Anyway, he was on his cellphone and just stopped on a freeway with noone in front of him with his blinker on with people bearing down on him at freeway speed. Well, all the people in back of him had to basically slam on their breaks cause of this die-hard idiot. It just so happens that the chain reaction didn't occur until the SUV behind me, whose driver was also on the cellphone, slammed on his breaks and then...."bang....bang...bang...bang...bang"...all the cars rammed into each other starting with his SUV taking it. I laughed so freaking hard as I just sped off watching the idiot on the cellphone get rear-ended while talking on his cellphone. I felt like Satan at that moment in time as I laughed out loud with flames shooting out of my eyes. I hate the way other people drive 95% of the time.
Cowboys: 6-3 and leading the division The only thing worse than living in Dallas and having the Cowboys do well is... I'm not sure, there's gotta be something. Oh yeah, cowboys do well and the Mavs coming off a playoff series win over the Rockets and the Texans relagated to laughingstock status Yesterday was a bad night to be a Cowboy hater.
thegary doesn't rag. maybe he tosses a few eggs, maybe he refers to himself in the third person, but he definately doesn't rag.
seeing haters all around as they deliriously ridicule the greatest poster on the face of the earth (me)
Take the Beltway. Use the EZ tag. Avoid I-10. You can take the Westpark Tollway to the Beltway. Of course, this will cost you money, but you will have greater sanity.
I have seen hell when I woke up next to what I previously thought was a hot chick after a long night of drinking.
I-35 in Austin is hell on an everyday basis...i swear austin traffic is really getting close to challenging the big boys (houston and dallas) for worst in the state. my hell, was when pujols hit that homer against lidge. i never felt so deflated after a sporting loss in my life. i know we came back to win the series and go our first ever World Series, but for 2 days i felt unbelievably awful.
It's impossible for me to go into Ikea on the weekend without having a panic attack and contemplating stabbing the 20 million people standing around me looking at cheap furniture.
