I totally agree with, Wesley will work it out, the team as a whole isn't shooting lights out to begin with

Wesley shouldn't even get off the bench right now. It's sad how far from decent he's dropped off. Last year was sub par. Now it's just embarassing.

i never liked the guy (Wes) from the start, and i don't know why everyone (seems to me alot of ppl on this board) raves about his defense. I mean the guy is freak'in 6'1", and playing shooting guard!? what a joke...

Exactly! This isn't a 12 team fantasy league with plenty of free-agents waiting to be signed.

I'm not sold on the fact that he's done right now, although he's got a long way to go. Besides selling low is not the way to get a maximum return on your investment. Why do you think we got so little for JJ & Boki and Mo Taylor last year; because we were in a slump (or the players were banished to the bench) and their value was perceived as low. If we truely want to get rid of him let him regain some of his old form and maybe we can trade him at the trade deadline rather than giving him away for nothing at this point.

Talk about revisionist history. The trade sucked? The fact that he has struggled this year changes nothing from last year. The Wesley trade was what got this team going last year as it opened up possibilities for a better fast break and passing.

Wesley trade was bad because Wesley sucks shooting the ball this year. Yet Boki sucked shooting the ball when we traded him, but that's not a problem.

And what is this?! : Boki is shooting a sizzling 28% from the field and averaging more fouls than rebounds so far in 3 games. Yeah, boy, we blew that one.

i hope wesley gets traded the next day. but more than likely if he gets traded, it would be before the deadline.

True, the TEAM isnt shooting well, but for a freaking NBA player to shoot below 18% through 3 games is HORRIBLE!!!! My 53 year old dad can do that ...GEEZ, freaking pathetic!

Honestly, I'd rather see Luther get some PT. I think he has more confidence is his shot then Wesley has in his. Plus he is younger and bigger :)

Pretty much every game. Yea, he had a FEW decent games where his shots were falling, but for the most part he sucked last year too! What did he do in the playoffs...besides get posted up on by Stackhouse?

Since Wesley playing bad means Luther Head gets more time. I say keep Wesley for the rest of the year.

Unfortunately, I have too much experience trying to come back to play after knee surgeries. It takes time to gain strength and confidence in the leg again. And, the legs are the most important part of a jumper, especially from long range. During the preseason, Wesley's shots looked right on but just flat. But, the last couple of games, it looks like a lack of confidence has set in for him. He should be much better within a week or two, mark my words.

Besides, who would you trade him too anyway? At this stage of his career, the only team that would take him in a trade would be wanting to cut salary and it's too early for anyone to do that.
