2 Carolina Panthers' Cheerleaders Charged Two Carolina Panthers cheerleaders who allegedly were having sex with each other in a bathroom stall at a Tampa, Fla., nightclub were arrested and charged early Sunday following a run-in with patrons and police. According to a police report obtained by the Charlotte Observer, 22-year-old Kristen Lanier Owen and 26-year-old Angela Ellen Keathley were arrested following an incident at Banana Joe's, in Tampa's Channelside district, at 2:10 a.m. ET. The police report claims Owen and Keathley were having sex with each other in a stall when other patrons grew angry that the two were taking so long in the bathroom. Owen and another person began arguing and Owen hit that person in the face, according to the report. Keathley, who was escorted from the nightclub, was so drunk she could barely stand, the report said. Police described Keathley as rude and belligerent with police. Owen was charged with battery and Keathley was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Other Panthers cheerleaders bailed Owen and Keathley out of the Orient Road Jail late Sunday morning, the Observer reported. The cheerleaders made the trip to Tampa on their own -- the squad is on the sideline only at home games. Panthers officials at Sunday afternoon's game said they were aware of the report, but declined further comment when contacted by the Observer. According to the Panthers' official team Web site on NFL.com, Keathley is a registered nurse and second-year member of the TopCats. Owen is listed as a student at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and first-year member of the cheerleading squad.

Police: Two NFL cheerleaders arrested at Tampa bar Tampa, Florida – Two Carolina Panther cheerleaders spent the night in jail after a rough night in Channelside. The Panthers were in town to play the Bucs Sunday afternoon. Witnesses say Angela Keathley and Renee Thomas were engaged in some type of sexual activity inside a bathroom stall at Banana Joe's around 2:20 am Sunday. Another woman waiting to use the bathroom got into an argument with the pair. Police say Thomas punched the woman in the face. When Thomas was arrested, she gave police the name of another Panthers cheerleader. Thomas could face additional charges for lying to police, once they confirm her identity. Keathley was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing or opposing an officer, while Thomas was charged with one count of battery. The two women were taken to Hillsborough County jail, where they both bonded out later Sunday morning. Let me just recap... Two cheerleaders who also happen to be a NURSE and a CO-ED, had sex in a bathroom and ended up in a catfight with other bar patrons. They were locked up in jail, no doubt with other women criminals. This is like p*rn in real life - or at least a Penthouse letter. "You know, nothing like this had ever happened to me before, but..." By the way, are they wearing their cheerleader outfits in the bathroom stall in ya'll version, because I know they are in mine.
