Tmac would have really had to get up for Yao to undercut him. If I had to guess it was Moochie. He wants to get some PT.
IC2000 did let the board know Rafer's jersey number before it was public knowledge. It's microscopic in the scoop department, but these things help build credibility. Unfortunately I think it's legit (it would be foolish to make something like this up, when it is so easy to disprove). Hopefully T-mac is okay, or that we can play well enough without him so that he doesn't feel the need to rush back.
Maybe the knees and the back injury are all part of a grand plan by McGrady, Van Gundy, and the team to make the playoffs without being a #4 seed and avoiding the Spurs in the second round, thereby making the WCF. I can dream, right?
from 610 sports... T-Mac left practice with back spasms. The trainer is saying they will give him treatment, re-evaluate him, and he will be a gametime decision tomorrow.
That doesn't sound so bad, maybe miss one or two games at most. Rockets can beat the Hornets without TMac, so let him rest.
Good news for the situation. I have bad back spasms every so often in which anything can trigger that pain. He should be fine in a day or so.
let him rest. we don't need Tmac to beat up Hornet. There are tougher games next week. We need Tmac in good condition to go through next week. Besides, I am going to the Nets game.
Thank goodness. I can't fault IC2000 for breaking the news but dang it's hard not to get unnerved by that inital post. I was relieved to hear the tendenitis was gone, then the knee-bump thing and now this... well I'm counting my blessings.
