Ok the title is misleading but did you count how many times Bill kissed Clyde's arse? After almost every good move or play Bill would say, "reminds me of someone I know <Cylde>." I was half expecting Bill to just lean down bl@w him right there. jeeze
Look, Worell is acutely aware of Clyde's limitations as a commentator. I have a feeling some of the butt kissing was intended to alleviate any nervousness Clyde might of felt and to also serve as a segue for him to begin talking. Something we never had to worry about with Calvin.

"Something we never had to worry about with Calvin." Please. Bill did EXACTLY the same thing with Calvin Murphy. All the time. Non-stop. He was CONSTANTLY talking about Murph's game during the broadcasts. That's just something Worrell does for some reason. It annoys me also, but it's definitely not anything new that he is doing for the benefit of Clyde.
I like Bill with Clyde or "Air" Bullard. The season is still early give them time to gel & get comfortable with each other. The chemistry is there it just will take some time. Besides I like having someone there from the championship days.
