Kruger, Peterman, Jackie Chiles, and Bania are probably my favorite characters on that show. Any episodes with them in it are some of my favorite episodes. I also like the Soup Nazi and Bizarro Jerry very much. But without a doubt, my favorite Seinfeld episode is the one where Jerry is introduced to Izzy Mandelbaun (Lloyd Bridges) - "It's GO time!". That is also the episode in which George is mistaken by this beautiful woman (played by Kirk Cameron's real-life wife, Chelsea Noble) to be her boyfriend, Neal. "There's a new Neal in town!!" This episode also features an appearance by the great recurring character (I think he was in only 2 maybe 3 episodes) in Earl Haffler (I think that was his last name; he always wore a cowboy hat and had appeared in an earlier episode betting with Kramer on airline flights landing).
how can you have just one favorite when it comes to seinfeld? when thinking about my favorite, about 10 or 15 episodes of hilarious moments flashed through my head.
"I'M OUT." followed closely by: "But Jerry! I don't know what I'm going to do about Fruit!!! I don't know what's wrong with the PAPAYAS!!!" "This is GREAT MANGO!" "No, not like the Risotto" <- all in the same episode and "NO SOUP FOR YOU!!" in a close third.
That's about as though as choosing a favorite song or movie, I just can't do it... the one that always sticks out in my mind though is Festivas. It's a FESTIVAS MIRACLE!
It's been a while, but some funny scenes that stick with me: George playing Frogger while he is moving the machine across the street. You get a top-down view and it looks like Frogger. George tipping for calzones, the guy doesn't see, so George reaches in the tip jar to get the bill to re-tip, but the guy turns around, catches George's hand in the tip jar, and bans George for stealing tips. George and his hidden desk-bed. Kramer and George's dad and the Manzere (or Bro). The Candy Lineup at the Car dealership. The scene where Putty puts on the NJ Diablos (NHL) facepaint and is running through the streets going nuts. He runs up to a car with a Latin American priest, screaming 'Diablo!', and the priest is so scared that he stays in bed. I could go on and on. Obviously, George is the best character on the show. One show I can't stand is Curb Your Enthusiasm, with Peter David, the co-creator of Seinfeld. Some people say that he's just like George, but he just gets on my last nerve.
The Contest. That one slays me every time. OOOHHHHH.....or the wedding, where it goes backwards and at the end of the episode you see Kramer when he first moves in. Hilarious
i'll have to go with the marine biologist. it's the only seinfeld i have deemed necessary to save until i delete on the tivo. the rest i can just wait until they play it again.
I think you mean Larry David. And I absolutely love Curb Your Enthusiasm. In my opinion, it's the best show on TV now.
I'd say pretty much every episode from season 5 is tied for my favorite episode. I think it's probably as close to a perfect season as any show has ever had (The Puffy Shirt, The Marine Biologist, the Hamptons, The Opposite, The Stall). All great episodes. It's too hard tp pick which one was best. Season 4, 6, and 7 had some great episodes as well (Bubble Boy, The Race, Fusilli Jerry, Soup Nazi) Season 8 and 9, I've really grown to absolutely hate. I can't even watch those episodes anymore. The show really lost all of it's charm when Larry David left.
I can't choose just one. Some of my favorites: - The Joe Mayo Party / Fur coat episode - The Hamptons - The marble rye
