He's down with them but he seems to stay with Flip more than anyone else. Flip, even though he's a major, is cool with Swisha House but went after Slim Thug in "From the South," a song with Cham and Z-Ro on it. It just seems they would side up like that and go after each other. They would have to realize the money and recognition that would go along with that huge battle.

That would be stupid on their part, I think if they all collaborate instead of fight one another they can go further. But I can see why some of them might think that this will bring them more attention and sell more records.

Rappers need to move beyond the whole 'beef' thing, it's so 90's.

I honestly think DEEP is the next Houston rapper to make it big.

As long as everything stays in music and doesn't go to the streets, beefs always sell records and bring national attention. Look at 2Pac and Biggie, 50 Cent and Ja Rule / Fat Joe, Jay-Z and Nas. The thing that really sucks about it is that I think Slim Thug and Chamillionaire would be hot together.

I think Cham and Wall are more suited to one another than Slim is.

The one I am indifferent to is Mike Jones, for whatever reason I am annoyed by his voice/rhymes.

Everyone's annoyed by a guy that just repeats sh*t over and over.

He's def a gimmick rapper. He got popular from shouting his name and phone number. He won't be on the national stage much longer, people in Houston are tired of him and so will everyone else soon.

He actually just recently revealed that he was talking about Paul Wall in "From the South"

Lil Flip was talking about Paul in that? Have a link to it? I'd be interested in hearing why he did that. Somebody better tell Slim Thug then since he's going at Flip for it.

Isn't it convenient that he waited until the small national spotlight that Slim Thug had was gone until he said it was not aimed at Slim. And then really convenient how now that Flip has a new album coming out soon, that he announces that he was talking about the Houston rapper that has the most national spotlight now. This is all fake beef to sell albums if you ask me.

Wall's album is actually pretty good. Its most definitely a guilty pleasure album. Mike Jones' whether you like him or not has a lot of charisma, and his guest spots on certain songs are pretty good, especially that Consequence song "Been Robbed". I do admit that the Houston rappers have to start writing something more than just describing the things that they own, like that Slim Thug song.. Like a boss or whatever.. it gets kind of silly after awhile. Then you hear the other guys just keep rapping about their candy painted cars, or their disco ball grills. But again, its a great guilty pleasure.

I don't like many of his songs but some of them are fun. Just like party songs, some are fun to play along with or shout but theres no substance there lyrically.
