Man, I dunno. Some of you were making predictions for the Astros to win the World Series in 4. Don't jinx the Rockets!

I think that we will do alright at the beginning but our toughest stretch is: Thu 17 @ San Antonio .5 Fri 18 vs. Detroit .5 Sun 20 @ Indiana .45 Tue 22 @ Dallas .45 Wed 23 vs. Phoenix .4 Fri 25 @ Memphis .2 ...all playoff caliber teams and two back to backs. On any given day, the Rockets are better than these (and every other) teams; however, playing 6 top-notch teams in 9 days can be daunting. **on an unrelated note...I have visited this site frequently for the past several years (I lived in Houston for 24 years) and I never posted. I just recently moved to Denver and realized how much I like the Rockets and how crappy other fan bases are (as part of my job, I travel throughout Colorado, Utah and a few other states). I miss our announcers, our fans, our team and our city. But the best part about this season is how terrified the fans in other cities are of the Rockets. It doesn't matter what they say on TV or on their boards...I talk to these people and they are more afraid of the Rockets than they are of Miami or San Antonio.....It's a good time to be a Rockets fan....****

Anything less than 10-5 would be a disappointment. That's allowing losses for miami, San Antonio, Detroit, Indiana and one random loss that we should have won.
I say Rox jump out of the gate to an 8-0 stretch, but after that the jets cool and we go on a 4-game losing streak. We pick up the rest around Thanksgiving this month.
Wkings WHornets WMagic Not Sure Heat WNets WCeltics WTimberwolves Not Sure Spurs L Pistons Not Sure Pacers W Mavs Wsuns W Grizzlies WBulls W Hawks Thats my take on it. WE can beat all those teams but its a matter of going into the game knowing we have a great team and believing we can't be beat. I'm looking really forward to that Mavs game cause I want to pay them back bigtime. Go Rockets!!!
15-0 is my prediction. More realistically is 14-1 because in this long trip, it's hard for a team to win all games with so many road games.
I can't predict a loss for the Rockets. Everytime they lose I'm in disbelief. The only reason I can see a loss happening is due to a major injury to T-Mac or Yao. I'm not saying I think the Rockets will go 82-0, but I don't think there's a team that's just so much better than the Rockets that I should look at the schedule and mark that game as a loss. The Rockets are gonna get off to a great start, no bad road schedule is gonna change that.
