I think it was louder in the game 4 of the NLDS at the time where the Braves were winning 6-1... that's how big of a difference it makes.

Garland has gutted it out... and looks better than he did early on... but its probably because he's just pitching another road game for him. Playing in MMP was supposed to be like pitching in a different place entirely.

Wow...that was a pathetic display by the 2 best Astros ever.

    :(

Drayton should tell Bud to stick it up his ASS and close the roof.

I blame the Sox's full roster of All-Stars.

Not that I don't agree about the roof.

The sox just seem to have everything going their way. They are playing like a possessed ball club. Kind of reminds me of last years WS.

Biggio set himself up by swinging at low and outside. too bad. But we still got game is us. Bring on Qualls or Wheeler.

Playing "Slip Sliding Away" between innings???

Is that supposed to be funny, FOX???

    **** you, Fox -- we don't think it's funny.

By the way, I literally fell to the ground when Biggio let strike 3 blow by. Garland totally won that battle.

I have to agree that this is not looking good right now. There comes a point where faith has to play second fiddle to pragmatism. We are coming close to that point.

I just refuse to believe that the Astros would lose their first World Series the same week as my 40th Anniversary.

Think about all the wins in the last at bat in baseball history. There is NO reason to BE pragmatic. You don't have anything but your love for the astros on the line. That's the whole point of BEING a fan.
