That was pretty damn cool. I don't own any white socks though. I think i'll make one, and put it on my desk at work, or in the lobby.

What would Joel Osteen say about that though?

this is EXACTLY what i came to this thread to post. i definitely got that feeling. and then watched Berkman's interview with Marc Berman after the game, and it confirmed it.

i actually came away from that game encouraged...just as i did game 1 of the St. Louis series.

I hope this series last 7 games. It's actually a good matchup. I have a feeling this game will last more than 9 innings.

Kinda frightening man....you look very EVIL!!!!!

    Now that's more evil.

What would Joel Osteen say? I don't know. I don't subscribe to his version of religion.

    That's lame man.

Atlanta was a better hitting team...hmm they move on?

St. Louis was a better hitting team... they in the WS?

Chi Suckers are a better hitting team...why did the stros win the WS?

Jump on whatever wagon you want, they have better hitters...then be their fan.

By "routing" do you mean picking them to win, but still cheering for the Astros. Because if you just root for the team that you think is going to win then that is pretty pathetic and boring if you ask me.

I'm assuming you just chose poor words ... at least that is what I am hoping.

I am not at all scared of these White Sox, who couldn't manage to bring a full house in yesterday.

Besides, the CARDS won 1st game at home, then we won 3 in a row, to let them win one more, then we celebrated THERE.

    REPEAT, baby.

    ¡¡¡VAMOS, ASTROS!!!!

Chance, you look like you're practicing your "evil eye" look for the Sox. Stare at them like that when they're on the tube, and they are going down!!

DD, I was thinking 6-2 also, but I want to see Lidge get the save, so I gave them an extra run :D

    Believe it again!

Looks like Cold, Windy conditions with chance of 70% showers. Could be some delays tonight, but I don't think the game is in jeopardy.

Not sure who that favors, but hopefully Andy is going to be ready for some delays tonight. It would be so sweet to come home with a sweep.

Astros Win, Astros Win, the Astros Win the Game.
We would have won yesterday also, but they got lucky with Roger's bum hammy.

I think it would favor us because both teams would have to go the the bullpen early if there are long delays for the starting pitchers.

Think it's going to be close, but it's a win for the 'Stros.
