WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! 5-0!!!!!!!!!!! 3 wins until Bourque holds Lord Stanley's Cup!!!!!!!! ------------------ Nuggets4 Today the Nuggets announced that Dan Issel would be back as head coach next season. In related news, the NBA announced that the Nuggets have been mathematically eliminated from the 2002 NBA playoffs already.
That was a truly disturbing game to all of us Av-haters. The Devils were totally outmatched...I don't know how they're going to win this series. ------------------ Jazzkiller
Quite simply, they're not going to. ------------------ Nuggets4 Today the Nuggets announced that Dan Issel would be back as head coach next season. In related news, the NBA announced that the Nuggets have been mathematically eliminated from the 2002 NBA playoffs already.
Down to 2 more wins! Raymond with the game-winner! Go Avs Go! Azim da Dream ------------------ Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either. Just leave me the hell alone. http://www.clutchtown.com
Most definitely, GO RAY!!!! ------------------ Ceo of the Walt Williams and Lisa Malosky fan club. atheistalliance.org
Hate to do two posts in a row, but come on, I have to say SOMETHING. Truly outstanding effort by the Devils tonight, Brodeur in particular. One game away, baby...it's not so much that it's great that the Devils won, but that the Avalanche are so close to losing. And, BTW, Hinote, or whatever the hell your name is, that hit at the end was a piece of ****. You had no play to make down three goals with two seconds left. But keep it up, who cares...the Devils have the Cup, and they're about to have it again. Go NEW JERSEY!!! ------------------ Jazzkiller
Oh give me a break. The Devils player started that. Hinote went to hit him (old hockey saying, "never stop until all 60 minutes are up") and tehy both tripped. And you want to talk about dirty hits, I have two words for you: Scott Stevens. AVS IN 7!! ------------------ Nuggets4 Today the Nuggets announced that Dan Issel would be back as head coach next season. In related news, the NBA announced that the Nuggets have been mathematically eliminated from the 2002 NBA playoffs already.
You can't convince me that hit wasn't dirty. He had no play whatsoever. You can say it's legal...he didn't get CALLED for anything...but don't tell me it wasn't dirty. As far as Scott Stevens goes, you're absolutely right...he could be the KING of dirty hits, I'm well aware. And if he had pulled the same **** in the game, I wouldn't be able to defend his actions. I don't care about any of that, though. The only thing that matters to me is that the Devils beat the Avalanche, and they're going to do it again tomorrow night. Lets go Devils!! Beat the Avs!!! ------------------ Jazzkiller
There's no way the Avs will lose three in a row, not even to the Devils. They'll win tonight, and then use their momentum and home ice to take Game 7. Lets Go Avs! The Cup is staying in Denver Saturday night, and Sunday, and Monday for the parade!!!!! 16W BABY!!!!! AVS ALL THE WAY!!!!! ------------------ Nuggets4 Today the Nuggets announced that Dan Issel would be back as head coach next season. Simply beautiful. Game 7 will be a dandy. This one is going to overtime! Azim da Dream ------------------ Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either. Just leave me the hell alone. http://www.clutchtown.com
Oh God, please don't say that. I can't handle that. ------------------ Nuggets4 Today the Nuggets announced that Dan Issel would be back as head coach next season. In related news, the NBA announced that the Nuggets have been mathematically eliminated from the 2002 NBA playoffs already.
Alright, I'll give Colorado credit--for now. While I knew that it was all too possible that Colorado could win in NJ in Game 6, I did NOT see it happening that way. So here we are...BTW, while apparently we are somewhat divided on our allegiances, look around for a second...isn't this sad? How the hell can no one else care about this? This is freaking GAME SEVEN...I'm so stoked for tomorrow night I can't stand it. This is going to be an incredible game, with the winner obtaining the ULTIMATE prize...and apparently, very few who visit this site will care. Kinda sad, really. It's also really sad that I care this much, because a)I'm about as CASUAL a hockey fan you'll EVER meet, I admittedly don't know very much about the sport; and b)I'm a freaking Coyotes fan! Why the hell should I even care? One more thing: Go DEVILS!! Beat the Avalanche!!! ------------------ Jazzkiller
This is THE most exciting moment in sports. I am stoked. In roughly three hours, I will become EXTREMELY religious for about 4 hours. BTW, a GREAT article on both Ray Bourque and the lack of attention the finals are getting is here. In another note, I just hope whichever side wins, they don't riot. There will be the few idiots, but I hope that it's peaceful. Remember Avs and Devils fans, we're a higher class than Lakers fans. ------------------ Nuggets4 Today the Nuggets announced that Dan Issel would be back as head coach next season.
