I'm trying to recover my data from a hard drive crash and am having all sorts of problems. I just got my OS reinstalled on a new drive, but am thinking of dual-booting Windows 98 and 2000. How would I do this? Also, I need to try and save my e-mails, but don't know where to look on the crashed drive or how to move them to the new drive. ------------------ burp
Are you able to get to your files on the hold HD? If so go into Outlook and goto file --> import/export and export everything or if you're like me and leave all of your email on the server you dont need to worry about doing that b/c all you do is set up outlook on your new HD and it will d/l all of your messages over again I had a hard drive that wouldnt boot on me last week and eventually I had to get a new one and I lost everything. Thanks DoD. I neglected to mention I did get the dual-boot to work, but it seems I lost all of my e-mails and address book(I've looked everywhere I can think of). ------------------ burp
