I stay away from anyone who calls themselve "the straight gay man".
    The move was long overdue.
I wont be tuning in to either show.

Sam Malone is a huge tool. That said, he is slightly less annoying than Roula and Maria Todd. I just can't stand flipping through a station and hearing "HAHAHAHAHAHhahahaHAHAHA."

Good grief- that 'See-Ya!' catchphrase has to be the most irritating thing to hear in the morning, especially if you are nursing a hangover. I wish this guy would move to Dallas where they like putzy DJ's like him.

I don't know if you're posting that OLD photo on purpose to note that she's "plus-size" or not, but I was referring to the way she looks NOW. Did you go to the site? She did lose much size after the picture you posted.

I can't even express how unlistenable the whole 'morning zoo' genre of FM radio is. It's so dull and played out that just listening makes me want to slowly gauge my eyes out with the pointed end of a rusty school compass.

Mister, if I ever see that Sam Malone on the street, I'll grab him, take the splintered end of a wooden plunger, a long piece of piano wire, and [explicit content deleted] so fast that he'll walk with a limp for a month.

    :)

I used to wake up to Sam Malone for about a year in college after the arrival of (shudder gag retch) Walton and Johnson. Malone wasn't funny but he wasn't as immediately and painfully obnoxious as oh, say, stereotypical characatures of gays and blacks. Eventually, however, I found his ceaseless hog-sucking of Bush and the military to be more than a little grating. Supporting the troops is cool, but having my alarm clock prod me to "support our great president" every morning ain't gonna fly. I'd have to consider Atom Smasher an upgrade, but damn, I wish radio could just play music in the morning.

I last heard Malone on the radio like 10 years ago. Is this guy still a douche bag?

The best morning radio usually went something like:

John and Lance, John and Lance, John and Lance.....<followed by hilarious comments on how Drayton doesn't want any brothas on his team>

    anyway anyway
