    Patience...why can't they be patient.......

The umpire is squeezing the zone and we are swinging at everything....

Do they have a plane to catch??? Are they trying to catch up to the AL game?

They were doing this in the last game against Hudson too... and in extra innings.

Hasn't been a good couple of games for the bats, despite the late-inning heroics.

I never thought I'd see the day when we needed Burke in the lineup to help our offense. :)

Got our two best hitters out in two pitches. Nuff said. Ensberg swung at the first pitch three times today by my count.

Gotta make him work a little harder than that. Burke seemed to have a good approach, work the count in your favor and then attack.

He was an All American SS in college, but the Astros converted him to 2b.....he should get a shot at SS next year......you don't need a cannon to play SS, just quick hands.

Look at Eckstein...he has an arm barely above Bagwell's current one...and he is a starting SS on a 100 win team, that is whipping our ass right now.

Pretty pathetic effort by the offense - they look like the offense from May, not the one with spark against the Braves. :(

Seriously, geez. I was just finishing my train of thought on how this would be their best chance with the heart of the order coming up and then... 3 outs.

Just remember last year the Home Team won every game in the NLCS.
It makes me not feel so bad.
If we could only get a few more runs!

something about mulder batting I think

    anyway it went like this

Mulder: blah blah blah, I'm gay

    Suppan: is that right?

pretty sure that's how it went

and remember if we repeat that pattern we lose the nlcs again lol

I think it's crucial to get a split

because the odds of winning 3 straight at home again are relatively slim

    Wow Lane sucks again!

Thought we should have put Bagwell in for him.
