I don't recall but...I'll have to look at my tix. I wanna say top section, middle, close to the bottom...but that could be my Neil Diamond tickets too. I bought them so long ago, I don't remember.

"Cherry' was one of the first three-chord rockers, I defy even you white boys not to dance if it comes on within earshot.

The very same chord progression is used in a bunch of other songs including R.O.C.K. in the USA and What I Like About you. I like to play them back to back to back at parties. It gets the girls all sweaty.

I love concerts at the TC since I'm from down south. The Woodlands is just too far away for me! Anyone going to the Depeche Mode concert?

11/7 Monday @ TC
Tix $50 and $75

Hell yea, I'm there. 3rd row floor seats. I'm more excited to see The Bravery though.

I want to now after hearing their new CD. I love their old stuff but when I want to hear it I just pop in a CD since I've heard it more than enough in my lifetime but the new stuff actually gets me pumped up. :)

How old is Neil Diamond?

In 1970 (?) I bought my first two albums (there's another clue).

One was Neil Diamond's Greatest Hits and the other was either Al Green's "Let's Stay Together" or Marvin Gaye's "What's Goin' On?"

oh, of course! :)

we went with some friends of ours who are a few years younger. we sat down in our seats, and this older guy behind us asked, "hey, what are you guys doing here...you're too young to be here." :D

yeah!! i went with my mom and she kept saying in chinese "he looks really good for his age." he was in pretty good shape. he was very good!! i was so delighted with all the songs he sang and the band was really good!

my only rant about going to "old ppl" concerts is that the ppl don't stand but for a song or two. but for the "young ppl" concerts, you can't see if you sit.

there was a woman on the row behind us who was pushing 80. she was up dancing and singing and clapping with every song. it was awesome to see. i hope when i'm her age...assuming i reach that age!...that i have that much energy and that kind of spirit.
