Whats the best way to get to MMP from College Station? Should I stay on 290 and take it all the way to 610s, and take I-10 East? Or should I go down to I-10 and take it all the way? I'm headed to Stack's Live first. Isn't 290 normally horrid that deep into the city? Google Earth has Live Sports Bar in the middle of the road LOL. Is there parking available at Live? Looks too far to walk from MMP. I'm used to driving to DT via 59 from Sugarland.
I'm not sure, as I've never come from College Station. But 290 isn't bad on the weekends, you should be fine either way. There is parking around Live, but you'll have to pay. You can find $5 lots that are pretty close. You might be able to find something kinda central between Live and MMP so you'll only have to park once.
290 to I-10 east, take the Smith street (it'll say downtown destinations) left on Texas, left on Main..there is a parking lot on the right
I'll be at LIVE tonight. If I can, I will make it there tomorrow as well. I will probably be the only Mexican with a Mexico jersey. Tomorrow, I am not sure I can wear something distinguishable.
