If you want to chat real baseball then go to www.talkcity.com, click on the "chat" icon, go to the text box that is labeled "Already know where you want to go?" and enter "no-nonsense-baseball" without the quotation marks. It is a great room with knowledgeable baseball fans and it is easy to keep up as there are no more than 15 or so chatters at any given time. You don't have to worry about people chatting about sex and other things in this baseball room. I have found that too many baseball rooms around the net are used for social chat and not for what it is supposed to be used for. I found this room about a year ago and we have had many visitors come through the door. If you are interested please come visit us....we have our own newsletter also.
