Eh, nothing earth shattering. I wish they either went with the players wearing their own unis or the old school Allstar Jersey from the early 90’s, the ones they wore back in Atlanta a few years back
Players should get to wear their own teams jersey.. I love seening more than one Rockets jersery there when they do it..
Does anyone have 2k6 yet? Can you confirm if these are in there? It does have hardwood classic by it, and it wouldnt surprise me if there was a secret code to unlock the real all star 06 unis. Has the All Star game ever been held in Houston before??? Im pretty sure there have been some throwback all star jerseys from previous games. Id like to know where these are from if they are indeed throwbacks. I think the LA ASG used jerseys from a previous Philly ASG where Jordan won ASG MVP? I dont remember exactly, but Im sure the LA jerseys were used before. The more I look at these, the more I like them. They are timeless and classic. Much better than a dildo or dracula inspired uni.
I don't think those will be the jerseys. They haven't released them and I doubt they would let Live06 be the first ones. These are throwbacks and I think there will be some kind of code or special day that they will let you use them in the game.
the 05 asg unis were in live 2005 without any codes. I saw some other stuff last night while playing the ASG. The dildo font is back as a secondary logo. It will say HOUSTON * ALL STAR in this font where our secondary logo usually is. Also the coolest thing, there is a Red Little Ceasars Guy in a Red Star that appears on both sides of half court. VC and T-Mac sport their new shoes. Kobe doesnt, but Im sure there is a code for his. Yao still has the pumps on. I didnt look at AI.
I like the ASG jerseys.. players should wear an East / West jersey so you know who is on your team. hahaa but players pimping the team warmup's is cool. I cant wait for the ASG.. its gonna be nice. Yao / Tmac for MVP! J
Actually I have the guide to NBA live 06 and it features completely different all star unis. They look like the retro jerseys the sixers wore a couple years back with the top and bottom half different colors. The west red and the east blue. Also, last yr you had to use a code to unlock the Mavs alternate unis so maybe the same could be said for the All star ones.
