FINALLY! The season is among us and can't wait to see this team dominate the NBA! Here are the key dates: Oct. 4 - NBA Training Camps open Oct. 10 - Start of the 2005 NBA Preseason schedule Oct. 28 - Regular season tip-off/Premiere week begins Oct. 31 - Rosters set for opening day, 6 p.m. ET Nov. 1 - Start of the 2005-06 NBA Regular Season Nov. 1-7 - NBA Premiere Week
I didnt realize the NBA season was so close. I've been distracted by football season and the hurricanes blowing through. Anyway thats great news!
Does anyone know when season tickets get mailed? Is it mid-October? I'm runnin' to the mailbox every time I get home.
Today, somebody called the morning crew clowns at AM610 and asked about Rockets training camp. The guys didn't have a clue and said they would call the Rockets and find out. If the call had been a week before Texans minicamp or training camp they would have had the answer. Or if someone called a week before baseball spring training started they would have had the exact reporting dates for pitchers/catchers and position players. When it comes to the Rockets they are lost, but who needs them with Clutchfans!
thats what i was about to ask. btw, is everybody starting trainning camp on the 4th? If i remember correctly, the Rockets and Kings started earlier but thats probably because they had the China Games trip.
Media day I believe is this Monday (10/3), with camp beginning on Tuesday (10/4). It's either that, or move each day forward--can't remember for sure...
My DishNetwork arrives on Tuesday (10/4). I'm pumped because I got ALL of the Fox Sports Net channels. I'm guessing I'll be able to see alot of other teams through that. Or perhaps watch Rox games from another perspective every now and then. BTW, those are available on the "America's Top 120" package on both DishNetwork and DirecTV.
No, you won't see other teams play on other Fox sports net channels. These games will be blacked out. You'll need to get NBA league pass to get all the other teams' games.
Okay, I have to ask, I've played my fair share of WOW, but I still don't get this line and I hear it all the time.
