    John Hollinger: (2:37 PM ET ) Not sure I'd go that high. I love the Swift addition, but I'm also very worried about all those old guards.

    Sep 20 - Latrell Sprewell's agent said talks with the Lakers are ongoing, the Los Angeles Daily News reports. "If Latrell is going anywhere, it's because he's comfortable there," agent Robert Gist said. "He would love to play in the backcourt with Kobe Bryant and he would love to play for Phil Jackson."
    Detroit also is interested, Gist said, but Sprewell wants a starting job.

    I'm more than happy to take the #4 spot for now. Rockets will definitely make some noise next season.

    I agree with Hollinger. I think we are getting the 4 seed. All it means is we finish behind (presumably) San Antonio. We could still finish with a better record than the teams from the other 2 divisions (i.e. last year Seatle and Pheonix) but still end up in the 4 spot because thats the way playoff seeding works.
