    Happy B-day, and although you might have the 'urge' to go out and get a 'legal' drink or two (or fifty), please don't drink and drive, take a non-drinking friend if you can, or if you don't have one, it's good to always know someone who doesn't drink, it might come in handy ;)

    i'm the guy that doesn't drink, and it is very handy for all of my friends.(ofcourse alcohol is legal here before you turn 21)

    21 is the most overrated age ever. Now, when you turn 25 and get to rent a car, THAT is something to be excited about!
