Let me take a step back. My opinion was based primarily on the ABC, CBS, and NBC as far as force feeding the response while I was growing. At least this was my perception.

My opinion of CNN is that (to me) they always appeared to be biased. What I mean is that they would always seem to accentuate the negative when talking about Republicans by showing clips of Ted Kennedy, Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton who are anti-Republican. This is my opinion that you can take with a grain of salt.

Sorry about my misunderstanding. I noticed after I posted that you said they were all deplorable. I can agree with that as I am not a Hannity and O-Reilly fan.

I don't want to get in a war here. I just thought that bashing Fox, because CNN made a silly mistake was out of line.

I like how "all of CNN" screwed up when at the most, 2 people are responsible. The guy who made the map and the editor who approved it.

Also, it's hilarious that somebody thinks CNN fixed their mistake because of this thread. The world doesn't revolve around Clutchfans. Somebody saw that and probably emailed them. Problem fixed.

Lol, I think he was being sarcastic regarding someone reading the thread!

I do agree with the other point. Some CNN guy probably called the CNN web team and asked for a map to be made... they screw up and the editor fails to catch the mistake. Not too surprising as they are probably currently loaded with news items from Katrina.

Good Lord, I started this thread as a joke and poking fun at CNN... meanwhile, back at band camp you're all whining about which news channel is better. They're all lead by MONEY, and do whatever they can to get more viewers. When I watch news I watch all of them. When I read news, I read all of them... and make the choice myself, hell look at my linkbar on my screenshot.

If you don't find the fact that CNN, the biggest news network over the last 20+ years doesn't know where the 4th largest city in the nation is, then you need to get out more... and if you get defensive when someone bashes your favorite news network, you need to rethink your life... lol.

If you can't see that this was tongue in cheek your sarcasm meter has malfunctioned.
