I know that the first pre-season game is on October 11 but when are the players supposed to report to training camp? It is within the next few weeks isn't it?

Media day is usually on a Tuesday. I'm going to bet they report Saturday, October 1 (or that weekend) and training camp will open on Wednesday, October 5. Just a guess based on previous seasons.

Man, a month from the first preseason game!!!!!

Any ideas what network the games are going to be on yet? Is it switching back and forth from Fox Sports SW and KNWS 51 again?

    4 games broadcast on ABC,

    8 games broadcast on ESPN,
    and 2 games on RTV

    What is RTV?

Raptor's TV (or something like that). Both those games are against Toronto, right?

Doesn't matter if it's RTV or any kind of TV. Get the NBA League Pass and you're set for NBA Basketball!

false...I do believe that there will be approximately 5 games each month shown by channel 51 KNWS...

Is there a HD channel for Foxsports SW? I bought a HDTV earlier this summer, and wanted to watch as many rockets games as I can in HD.

you sure about the no KNWS thing?

believe me...I PRAY that you are right....KNWS took me forever to filter out the crap..and even then the picture wasnt good enough.

and yes...I still got it covered.;)

EDIT: just checked for myself....there are officially 14 games throughout the season on KNWS(ch 51)...not the 5 per month mentioned above.

No, but all the national games (TNT, ESPN, NBATV, ABC) will be in HD. I got my HD in May and I am with you, HD is the only way to watch sporting events. I can't wait for the Texans on Sunday.
