does anyone know where i can find a calendar that shows the dates when the FDA is likely to be voting on approvals of drugs and stuff like that? i have been looking on google and can't find much. any help is appreciated TIA
Don't know if they have a specific date that they do voting. But here is a list of drugs that get approved and they are listed on there by the year. I don't see a pattern on when it is voted on and approved. There are approvals in different months..so it might be a monthly occurence... http://www.centerwatch.com/patient/drugs/druglist.html
Stack is correct. There is no set date for approval. It is just when the drug studies are submitted to the FDA, then the FDA runs their own tests on their own timetable, and then finally the FDA approves or not approves whenever they feel the time is right.
just curious because kramer ran an article today talking about how bristol myers was scheduled for an approval vote today and friday. i've found a way to search the FDA site about approvals but nothing as direct as a calendar like kramer seems to be looking at.
