I noticed a few players (Hugh Douglas, David Terrell, Quentin Griffin, Kevin Dyson) that could help the team. Maybe not. What do you guys think? Here's more in this article: http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-nflrdp&prov=ap&type=lgns
C Brett Romberg C Vince Carter OT Steve Sciullo Should all get a look IMO. DE Isaac Hilton WR Fred Gibson Are players I wouldnt mind seeing us take a look at.
b*stard, Everytime I see a Texan's thread, I expect negative feedback from you. I wasn't particularly impressed with Carr's last 2 outings, and had the games meant anything, I would have probably been sick to my stomach. The fact that you compare Carr to an injured 3rd stringer is rediculous. Carr is the face of the offense and all mistakes fall on him. If he regresses this season, I may jump on the replace Carr band-wagon, but he hasn't yet in the regular season. I hope he makes better decisions during the regular season.
B.J.'s stats: YEAR CMP ATT YDS CMP% YPA LNG TD INT SACK RAT 2002 28 43 329 65.1 7.65 38 5 1 3 117.3 2003 429 666 5336 64.4 8.01 70 48 21 21 100.0 Carr's stats: 1-5, 2 INT, 4 yards. 5336 to 4. Yup, hard to figure which to cut.
Fat b*stard is a Tech Alum. I like Symons cause he's a cy creek alum. Plus, Symons has a seperated shoulder, so that doesn't help much.
QGRiff and DD are a little too redundant for my tastes...but beggars can't be choosers. And hell, if we can shore up that offensive line through cuts, go for it.
