I think the root of most problems is that most if not everyone wants a bigger piece of the pie for himself. I want a law that requires Republican senators/ congressmen to vote on laws that benefit states or districts controlled or inhabited mostly by Democrats only and vice versa.
Mandatory voting is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. Why do we want ignorant people making decisions for us? If someone doesn't care and doesn't vote - why force the rest of us to be influenced by their opinions?
