Setting such high expectations for next season may lead to huge disappointments. So if you had to taste bitter defeat, which way would you like it?
i think we have to keep our expectations high(er) and more importantly we have to believe (!)in our team its our part to build a dynasty i guess stay humble stay hungry
Don't get me wrong, I hope the Rox win it all year in and year out, but I'm also a realistic guy. Like for last year, I think if the Rox lost in the second round, I would be ok with it. This year, however, I think I'd be okay with a WCF exit even though I'd be very disappointed.
after sweeping orlando magic in 95 in every playoff appearance of rox ,i belived we can go all the way .even with francis and mobley ...i believed now thats what its all about ... rox can win in any situation! rox are a team of heart ,rox are a team of surprise and this team represents that anything is possible .thats why i'm a rockets fan and i want that title
If they just HAD to lose, I'd want it to be in the WCF. I could tolerate losing in the WCF 'cause this would only be StroShow's first year here, T-Mac and Yao are still building chemistry, and only Yao's 4th year. Losing in the finals would be too heartbreaking for me. I believe it's harder to win the Western Finals than the NBA Finals anyways, so it'd be a huge letdown to lose to an Eastern team. But whatever, it's Rockets all the way this year, so this all "quite inconsequential."
If my girlfriend cheated on me, I'd want her to do it with... A) ...my brother. B) ...my best friend. C) ...the mailman. D) ...former Dallas Cowboys QB Troy Aikman. E) ...Kam. I mean... There really is no defensible answer. Unless you're Kam.
