Wow surprised to see Cheesecake factory listed in there a lot and the McDonald's on Post Oak...where to eat now??
You guys do realize that eating unhealthy, contaminated food makes your body stronger and more immune to other health hazards. I'll keep eating at the greasy spoons, thank you very much.
So, instead of "eat **** and die", it's "eat **** and...... live" ? AND... I'm happy to say that my local neighborhood Tex-Mex, Tia Maria's, has no violations listed. ...I think... I mean, they have dates that they have listed as "closed" for inspection, but there are no violations listed.
the guys freakin out better not travel out of the country. as a restaurant owner i obviously think that list is a pretty stupid ass idea.
i think it's legit. eating "bad" food causes your body to build an immunity to the bacteria...especially in small increments. my family eats with their hands all the time, and hardly ever get sick. they've done it for so long that they practically can accept any bacteria in their body. granted, they wash their hands before eating. still, it's not as clean as using utensils.
Same thing goes with people who always take medicine as soon as they get sick and rely on medicine to get them better. The body becomes accustom to it and rely on it for any type of attack on the body so your immune system gets weaker. The more you baby it the worse it gets. I hardly take medicine when im sick and just let my body fight it off and dont' worry so much about making my immune system weaker...becuase of that i get sick maybe 1 time a year. All my friends always rely on medicine and they get sick over and over.
You never saw that episode of Married With Children where that health nut guy comes over the Bundy house and starts eating Peggy's bon-bons and other junk food and dies after only a couple days? Al said that he got so accustomed to eating health food that he couldn't handle the "normal stuff"... If Al Bundy believes it, then it has to be true...
