Where is the application to renew a passport for a permenant alien? I tried the post office, but they only accept U.S. citizens and I think they told me to go to the I.N.S.? I looked on the I.N.S. website and couln't find it. The closest thing I could come up with is this form. http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-193.htm For an alien who is a legal resident of the United States to reenter the United States without the alien's passport and/or visa. Im pretty sure thats not what im searching for. Does anyone have a direct link to the form or know what I should do besides making an appointment to see an I.N.S. officer?
