    1. For those who haven't been to the Toyota Center recently - the fence is down and the construction is almost finished with Root Square Memorial Park. The basketball court is up, and it looks amazing - fiberglass backboards, nice rims, etc.

    2. The Ryan Bowen signing was officially annouced:

    Houston Rockets Re-sign Ryan Bowen
    HOUSTON – The Houston Rockets have re-signed free agent forward Ryan Bowen, General Manager Carroll Dawson announced today. As per team policy, terms of the agreement were not released.

    “It’s great to have Ryan back with the Rockets,” said Dawson. “Ryan is one of those high-energy players that all coaches like to have on their roster.”

    The 6-9, 220-pound forward averaged 1.7 points, 1.2 rebounds and 9.2 minutes in 66 games with Houston last season, starting six times during the regular season. Bowen first signed with Houston on September 29, 2004, after playing in Denver for five years. Bowen averaged 3.2 points and 2.6 rebounds in 298 games with the Denver Nuggets. The University of Iowa product entered the NBA during the 1999-2000 season.

    Thanks, I hadnt seen your update after the Arena Forum went down. That place looks super cool. I bet it'll be used for stuff during All Star weekend. That'd be SOOO awesome! :)
