I've read DC could be waived soon by Orlando. I know hes old but if hes healthy IMO we should take a look at him. He ia a good defender, shoots a high percentage and passes well. All the things we need out of our SG except a 3 point shot.

we need our team to have the tough guy mentality, not the p-whipped mentality.

How is he whipped? Just curious? Is it about his wife beating up that punk Fox?

My vote for the next celebrity boxing would be Christie's wife vs. Kobe's wife. That would be fun to see.

where the poster who asked if we were going to have to have a new thread every time a team releases a marginal or past his prime player ?

    it seems appropriate here !

omg i cant believe DC is THAT wipped. i hadnt even heard about that til now, i read the article. that is PATHETIC, his wife said she was trying to protect her territory, sounds like shes just trying to protect her bank account. anyway, all poon-whippage aside, DC is very defensive minded so he MIGHT be a help coming off the bench when we are behind, i say it would be fun to see how he plays on our team, sign him for a year, see what happens. unless we can get someone better.

People make too big a deal of his wife and not a big enough deal of his health. He's broken down.

Hey, this isn't such a bad idea. During one of the halftimes Clutch the Bear could serve as the preacher as Doug and Jackie renew their wedding vows for the umpteenth time. But then again, Doug might glance over at one of the power dancers as they're finishing their routine and he'll be out for 2-3 months after Jackie breaks his eye socket.
